After a successful release of her "Creeper" sneaker with Puma, the two team up again to present The Fenty Trainer. The sneaker comes designed as an exaggerated version of a typical lifestyle-disguised-as-performance kick. There are three colorways available for this design; "Blackout" , "Whiteout" and "Red Alert". I wasn't a fan of the Creeper and I would have to see these in person to give my final thought. But because these kicks are associated with Rihanna's name, I'm sure they will sell out quickly. Find out the release date and pricing info inside.

Last night October 9th, 2015 I was able to attend a sneakerheads event at Epitome. Epitome is a trendy boutique located in Atlanta's Buckhead area, 252 Pharr Rd to be exact. The event was presented by Complex magazine and McDonalds. Cocktails were on deck, sounds were provided by DJ Martina McFlyy and the event ran smoothly. Head inside to read more.

Last night I attended the official launch party at Epitome, for The Girls Of Blaze Disc Collection. The collection is under the sneaker brand PUMA with Solange as the Artistic Director.

I've always been a fan of the PUMA brand and was excited to hear that Solange had joined the PUMA team. We all know that the kid sister of Beyonce' is super stylish and a creative monster. I've always felt PUMA was for the sneaker heads that like to take risk (non-hypebeast) and embrace the different.

The Girls Of Blaze Disc Collection include 4 designs: Rainforest, Burlap Rainbow, Tire and Dolphins.

Solange brought on 4 dope designers to bring heat to the PUMA brand for the ladies. Gerlan MarceL (not pictured), Hisham Akira Bharoocha and sisters Darlene and Lizzy Okpo. The laceless kick is a statement kick, from the design to the colors.

The event it self was POPPING!!! A nice location with a diverse group of Atl finest in the building. Epitome carries exculsive pieces more like a lifestyle boutique. Great music, tasty drinks, and dope giveaways. I would definitely call this a successful launch event. Shout out to Karla and Scott from PUMA. They Rock!! Head inside to see a few more pictures.

The Feist High-top Sneaker ($375) has a sleek design that features a padded leather upper, suede overlays and plenty of modern style elements; it has a design that's pure Alexander McQueen. The Feist high-tops are available in black and tan. I think these should be passable for entry into a club where “sneakers” aren’t allowed or ideal for an all black event! LOL.
