The very popular new artist spoke on many topics such as; being named after hip-hop legend Rakim, bringing Drake out while doing a show in Canada and staying pretty. According to the UK version of the glorified men’s glossy GQ, singer Chris Brown has been named the Worst Dressed Man of 2012. Referring to Chris Brown as a “thuggish rapper-slash-singer” they present “evidence” dating back to 2005. Really 05? He was just a kid then!! Are the folks over at GQ (UK) being a bit shady? They had this to say in regards to their decision….lol…

Watch Tiny’s Girl Group The OMG Girlz New Video -“Gucci This (Gucci That)”
02/02/2012 • T.I and Tiny hit up 106 and Park yesterday with Tiny's new girl group The Omg Girlz. The young ladies premiered the visual for their catchy track "Gucci This Gucci That." The members consist of T.I and Tiny's daughter Zonnique a.k.a. Star along with her friends Beauty and Babydoll. The video is very colorful, from the clothing to the weaves. I think it's cute. Again the song is catchy and has been a song I liked before finding out it was kid group. I would hear it on the radio in ATL and say “yessss this is my jam”!! LOL. Anyway keep up the good work ladies. Check the video out folks. more

It's been confirmed via Twitter that singer/songwriter Tweet has signed with DuBose Music Group, and is currently in the studio working on a brand new album. Tweet is from my hometown of Rochester,NY, so ROC heads be sure to support her when she drops.
Tweet is what this game NEEDS!! Her debut album Southern Hummingbird, which was released in 2002, is still in heavy rotation and a favorite of many to this day! Tweet please don't make us wait any longer!! Are you ready for her return? more

‘Soul Train’ Founder Don Cornelius Dead of Gunshot Wound

Early this AM I posted a status on Facebook how busy the suicide demon had been amongst the world, then I wake up to reports that Don Cornelius had committed suicide. I am saddened by the news. Making a permanent decision for a temporary problem is never the route. SEEK HELP. According to CNN Don Cornelius, the founder of the "Soul Train" television show, was found dead of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head Wednesday, authorities said. He was 75.

Cornelius died of a gunshot wound at a house on Mulholland Drive, said Los Angeles police Officer Tenesha Dodine. Police responded to the call about 4 a.m. (7 a.m. ET), Dodine said.
Cornelius was pronounced dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, according to Lt. Larry Dietz of the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office.
Los Angeles police investigators reported to the coroner that Cornelius died from a "self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head," coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter said. The coroner's office will perform an autopsy to confirm the cause of death
