Meek Mill finally unveiled the official artwork for “Dreams & Nightmares,” his debut album, which is set to release on October 30, 2012. The concept is original and the symbolism behind the image of the handcuffs and the Rolex are strong but when combined with the text, the cover loses its appeal. Let us know what you think?
