A very pregnant Beyonce hosted a private screening for her new DVD Live at Roseland: The Elements of 4 in New York last night. A sneak peek of the DVD was released last week, with Beyonce giving fans a glimpse of her wedding dress for the first time. She wore a black jersey maxi dress with gold side paneling that drew attention to her growing bump. She looks amazing.
