02/07/2012 • Last night Beyonce stepped out for the first time since giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy Carter last month. Queen B looked amazing as she attended her husband’s first show at Carnegie Hall to benefit United Way of New York City and the Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation. Hips like WOW, breast like BOW. She wore a by Dress: Alice Temperly, Jewels by: Ofira & Lorraine Schwartz, Clutch by: Alexander McQueen and of course Shoes by Christian Louboutin. I love the blue nail color she is rocking.
