One of America's Richest Self-Made Women is none other than the legendary Media Mogul Oprah Winfey! Lady O landed at the NO.2 spot with $3.1 billion dollars. Such an inspiration.

Oprah Winfrey's magic has rubbed off on Weight Watchers. Since the media mogul bought a 10% stake in the diet empire in October 2015, its stock is up some 90%. The long-reigning queen of daytime TV has also proven she can thrive without a talk show. Her cable network, OWN, delivered its most-watched year in 2015, following four years of double-digit viewership growth, according to Nielsen. Next up: miniseries Queen Sugar, coproduced with Selma collaborator Ava DuVernay, and TV drama Greenleaf, about a Tennessee megachurch. Forbes

With no mass marketing Mrs.Carter dropped another banging album that has earned her, her sixth Number 1 album. I loved the visual album. The imagery and symbolism was everything. The message was clear but at the same time it made the world think my boy Jay Z cheated on her wife. Sigh... I call them marketing genius. They love to get the people going. *sips Lemonade* The album also touched on many topics such as Daddy issues, Black Pride and more.

Although 100 people were listed only 6 covers were released featuring, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicki Minaj, Priscilla Chan with husband Mark Zuckerberg, Christine Lagarde, Lin-Manuel Miranda and Priyanka Chopra.

Bad gal Rih Rih will be honored at BET'S Black Girls Rock! 2016 event. The international pop star + style icon + entrepreneur will be this year's Rock Star Recipient at the annual event, that honors woman of color in the fields of entertainment, philanthropy, sports and community service.

Among the honorees are soul icon Gladys Knight:Living Legend Award, television producer Shonda Rhimes :Shot Caller Award, The Walking Dead actress Danai Gurira :Star Power Award, actress and activist Amandla Stenberg: Young Gifted and Black Award and Black Lives Matter founders Patrisse Cullors, Alicia Garza, and Opal Tometi: Community Change Agent Award.

According to Billboard.com, the 39-date Formation tour, which begins April 27 at Marlins Field in Miami, has already taken in over $100 million in ticket sales, with Beyonce inevitably headed toward a sold-out run and one of the hottest tours of 2016.
