It's a celebration of bangles, friendship bracelets, a dope watch (optional), a little bling, pearls, and colorful beads mixed together creating a fabulous fashion party on your ARM!! Cool right? However like with anything regarding fashion a mess can occur, where it leaves someone looking like WTF. The good thing about this trend is that it can add flavor to any simple out fit. It doesn't always have to be colorful; the goal is to bring dope pieces together for a wonderful mix. How do you feel about jammies during the day? I consider myself pretty fashion forward but this was one trend that had to grow on me. Just so we are clear I'm talking silky, Clair Huxtable, a little too fly to sleep in jammies. Rihanna attended the ‘Battleship’ premiere at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Japan wearing the silk pajama-style look from Emilio Pucci‘s Fall 2012 collection and tan strappy sandals. I also remember seeing Rachel Roy rocking said pjs on the red carpet at some Hollywood movie premiere last year as well. Although there was an air of wrongness there was definitely something there I liked. Now as I see designers continue to incorporate "the pajama look" into their RTW and Resort lines I don't know why it took me so long to fall in love with this look. It's quintessential "comfortable chic". I'm absolutely a convert and I WILL be rocking PJs this spring! What are your thoughts on this look? ROCK or NOT? Like the ubiquitous “Red Bottoms” I can spot a Charlotte Olympia pump ANYWHERE! I simply look for that distinctive 2-inch platform and equally devastating price tag. I don’t think there are enough superlatives & adjectives to describe how I feel when I look at her collections but I can promise you that I swoon every time. I’m swooning now as I write this... Her shoes make me want to be irresponsible and do bad things like, skip a car payment or take out a second mortgage, even though I don’t own a home. LOL you get my drift. SPRING Into Color With Tantilizing Tangerine

Okay fine it's just orange but it's infinitely more fun to say, "Taaaangerine"!I am highlighting this color not just because it's awesome but also because since Pantone named it the color of the year, it's popped up everywhere. Many of my friends (the fashionably gifted as well as the fashionably challenged) shy away from colors this bright but that shouldn't be the case.
