Nicki Minaj Set To Re-Release Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded In November

I’m sure you’re saying to yourself “Another Pink Friday?!?” …*sigh* yes dear! Roman will return this fall. One year after releasing her sophomore album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, Nicki Minaj has announced plans to re-release the project. She shared the news with E!News while on the red carpet at the VMA’s. “I’m releasing my album in November called Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded – The Re-Up,” said Nicki.

The repackaging will include new material, with the first single to arrive next week. “I’m putting lots of new songs on there and I’m actually going to drop my new single like next week,” she said, while teasing, “Barbz, you are gonna spaz. You are gonna love it. You are gonna go crazy!”

Hopefully there will be more Hip-Hop on this album and less POP. I have a feeling she wants to make it up to her fan base that have been with her since the mixtape days!

One of the more interesting collaborations is one featuring Kanye and R. Kelly. Kelly famously had beef and a lawsuit against Kanye’s partner-in-rhyme Jay-Z. Other guests on G.O.O.D. I’ve had the title of this album in my mind for a long time….It’s been hard to hold it back and now I’m not holding it back anymore! It is called Girl on Fire!!! And that’s exactly how I feel!!! Girl on Fire is about new beginnings, new perspectives and fresh starts… stripping away all the bad energy in your life and taking full control of the reigns and how you want to live. There is something really empowering about finding yourself and your own inner strength. On one song, One of the lines I wrote says, “I’ll never be perfect, but at least now I’m brave!”
