Reginae Carter, daughter of Toya Wright and Lil Wayne, celebrated her 13th birthday in style this past weekend in ATL. The Cinderella-themed soiree held at Atlanta’s Callanwolde Mansion, featured a horse and carriage arrival as Lil’ Wayne escorted his daughter wearing a tux and Phantom of the Opera-like mask. When your father is a mega-star of course your party will be a celebrity filled event. Some of the attendees included Birdman (Reginae’s Godfather), and T.I. with wife Tiny.
