Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and her fiancé Jionni LaValle welcomed their first child, Lorenzo Dominic, they opened their home to PEOPLE to help introduce him to the world. He is such a little cute, def a future guido. I'm sure People Magazine paid Snooki a nice sum of money for the first public picture of her son, who was born last weekend in a New Jersey hospital.
