The thirst for baby Blue Ivy is REAL!! Young B.I.C was spotted by the razzi mafia while being carried by a lady being identified as the nanny. She is a really good looking kid. I love her teal dress and gold sandals. Later on she was pictured resting on the chest of her mother, Beyonce as razzi mafia continued to snap shots.
