Someone is all woman now!!!!!! Former Nickelodeon kid Miley Cyrus attended the iHeart Radio Music Festival at the MDGM Grand Garden Arena in Vegas. First let me say, YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS for that banging hair cut Miley C...But this outfit? Let's talk about it!!! She wore a black cropped top, metallic pencil skirt, a leopard print Moschino logo belt, leopard pumps, and gold jewelry. The look is very bold, but there is something I'm not feeling about the skirt! Maybe the fit, it appears to be slightly baggy at the top. I think a mini would have looked better.
