Say word? Word hit the net that Kimora Lee Simmons and Cash Money's big man Birdman are now an item. OMG.......We all know Kimora is all about the coins so I can definitely see that!! However, its also been reported that Kimora was dating Russian businessman, Tim Leissner. HUNNNNY!!!

"Djimon Hounsou and Kimora Lee Simmons have officially separated after 5½ years," the actor's rep tells PEOPLE exclusively. "Though never married, they have one child together, Kenzo Lee Hounsou, who is 3½ years old."

"There have been quite a few hurtful rumors circulating. The truth is Djimon + I have been separated for some time," Simmons Tweeted Wednesday. "We have remained happy, loving, co-parenting friends + family. We all have much to be thankful for."

The Amistad star, 48, first met Simmons, 37, now the president and creative director for JustFab, in 2007, following her split from husband Russell Simmons. She later said they were "kind of" engaged.

In 2009, they announced the arrival of their son, their first child together. Simmons also has daughters Ming, 12, and Aoki, 10, with her ex-husband.

Whenever you don't hear or see a hustler/boss that usually means they are working on new way's to bring in the almighty dollar!! With that said, Mega Mogul Kimora Lee Simmons will be launching a new skincare line Shinto Clinical. Shinto Clinical, which will consist of nine pieces as its debut, fuses Eastern skincare ingredients including fish oil, omegas, pearl powder, Wakame kelp extract and beta glucan with Western skincare technological advances. Kimora says of the line:

“This line is about their Eastern allure of diet and beautiful skin. It’s based on cultures that live from the sea. The Western [influence] is the medicine, the efficacy, the delivery and the clinical results. That’s why we call this Shinto Clinical; this is really a clinical range,”

Yesterday, Mogul-Mommy Kimora Lee Simmons attended the ‘Just Fabulous‘ event at Sunset Tower in West Hollywood, California looking oh so fabulous and slim. She was announced as President and Creative Director of the popular women’s online affordable styling service ‘Just Fabulous.’ Kimora says “I plan to make Just Fabulous the online shopping and styling destination for every woman looking to find her own fabulosity.” Celebs were on deck to help her celebrate her new position.
