NOT IN BOP CUSTODY: Is Mendeecees Harris Home? Yandy Smith Speaks On It

    After posting the picture above with the caption that read "Having a drink Ya'll missed". Mr Harris threw everyone into a frenzy and the word that Mandeecees Harris was out spread like a wild fire.
Last season on Love and Hip-Hop Yandy Smith love life came to a hard pause when her son's father got picked up by the FEDS. Pretty much when the feds have a case on you, its a DOOBIE(wrap).
    He's been in custody as of last year but when you visit www.BOP.GOV it says NOT IN BOP CUSTODY which would lead many to believe he was out. Not true at all. A person can be awaiting trail and or sentencing, so therefore the site would be correct at stating he isn't in their custody. He may be in a different holding facility. The DemocratandChronicle a local newspaper in my hometown, shared a store regarding the conspiracy case which involved Mendeecees. From the article it states one guy received a 10 yr sentence while Mendeecees and his brother Tyrus Harris are still awaiting trail.
