    Such a sad day for Hip-Hop.
    Rapper Prodigy, one half of the legendary hip hop duo Mobb Deep has died, at the age of 42. His cause of death has yet to be confirmed, however its being reported that Prodigy had been hospitalized for complications caused by sickle cell anemia. P you will truly be missed. One of the greats. Keep it thoro king!

She's keeping it NY and that's what I miss about the rap game. Most new artist are coming in the game trying to ride the wave of the new sound. Glad to hear Mobb Deep will be giving us new music. Havoc sat down with MTV to share the news, as well as deets on their next group project. Havoc stated “After almost 20 years in this industry, it was inevitable for us to take matters into our own hands. We feel that RED is the perfect home for our brand,” Prodigy said in a press release issued to MTV News. “We know who our fans are and what they want from Mobb Deep. We’re excited to take a new step in our career,” Havoc and Prodigy will drop their self-titled ninth album as well any others that they sign and any film projects they choose to take on under the new deal. more
