CLAP FOR HER: K. Michelle’s ‘Rebellious Soul’ Debuts At No. 2

I hear that!! I'm actually happy for K.Michelle being that this was her dream, which almost didn't happen, due to an abusive relationship. But God blessed her with the voice to sing and now she is being heard!!

Her debut album Rebellious Soul, featuring the hit single “V.S.O.P,” landed at No.2 with 72,000 albums sold. Its also being reported that this is the highest debut on the Billboard 200 for a female R&B singer’s first album since March 2011 when Marsha Ambrosius held the title.

K sent out a tweet on Wednesday sharing the good news:

“#2 album overall on Billboard 200 and #1 R&B album!” followed by “I’m humbled and I thank my team and fans for believing and riding with me!”
