Usher's ex-wife Tameka Raymond just lost in the former couple's bitter custody battle -- TMZ has learned, a judge has awarded Usher primary custody of their two sons.

It's a shocking development -- considering both sides were trying to strip each other of custody. Tameka felt the singer was an absentee father who was too absorbed in his career to be a good dad. She also accused him of using drugs in front of the kids.

Usher argued Tameka was inattentive and irresponsible.

The ruling marks the end of an emotional custody trial -- involving wild accusations and name-calling ... Usher even broke down at one point on the witness stand.

But today, we're told a judge sided with the singer -- awarding Usher primary custody of the ex-couple's two sons, which means the children will be spending the majority of the time with their father.

Tameka still retains some custodial rights -- but the extent to which Tameka will be able to see her kids is unclear.

Usher’s Stepson Declared Brain Dead After Tragic Jetski Accident

*Sigh* I don't like posting stories like this on A2C. But it is apart of life. When I first saw the story yesterday on TMZ stating the 11-year-old boy had been injured very badly I felt so sad, knowing it wouldn't end well. TMZ has now reported that Kyle Glover has been declared brain dead by doctors following the accident yesterday when he was struck by a jet ski.

According to sources, Kyle Glover (son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster) has not experienced any brain activity since he was admitted to the hospital. We're told there has been no decision yet as to whether or not to take him off life support.

It's being reported that Usher arrived at the hospital last night and Tameka has not left the hospital since she got there. Kyle was struck in the head by passing jet ski while riding on an inner tube on Lake Lanier in Atlanta, GA.

Another day another Baby Daddy vs Baby Momma feud!! I have zero kids and this ish scares the heck out of me. Can't we all just get along for the child's sake? Geesh! Any way, Word on the street is that Usher's ex-wife wants to take away his kids claiming the singer has repeatedly blown off his legal obligations as a co-parent and even worse he CLOSED her Saks 5th Avenue credit card. All this according to court docs obtained by TMZ. I believe homegirl is more upset that her Saks 5th Ave card was cancelled oppose to the issue with the kids, because mek-mek gotta stay fly!! * Real Tears* Head inside to read full story. SMH more
