Baby Smith is at it again!! Willow Camille Reign Smith has switched her shaved cut from blonde to bright green and she is ONLY 11 years old. I understand parents should allow their kids to be expressive. However I believe that this type of stuff should be reserved for the age of 16, NOT 11. It looks like she is seeking attention.
