This weekend I activated my inner SNOB with bundled hair from Ming Lee’s SNOBLife hair extension line.
For the last 3 years hairstylist,turned Salon Owner and social media sensation Ming Lee has had the hair game on lock. She found her lane and she is dominating the hair extension industry with her brand SNOBLife. What separates Ming Lee from other hair pushers, is that she’s really engaging with her audience and target market. She also has on going sales and great marketing skills to keep her customers wanting more. She has taken the whole Ig video feature to different levels with each Instavideo she releases.
Last year around Christmas she held a contest for followers to win free bundles! Ummmm did someone say free hair? I read the caption and decided to give it a try. In order to win we had to repost a hair video she just released. Since I’m pretty savay on social media I tagged ADDICTED on top of the video and put a cool caption to motivate my followers to check out her sale. She retweeted my tweet, then selected me as WINNER 1! How cool?

The hair arrived in a super cute Chinese take out box. On the outside of the box its branded with the hair company SNOBLife. I like the fact on the other side of the box she is reminding her customers to share on social media. Hashtags matter when it comes to branding and promoting.

The hair it self was very thick and full. The weft that the hair is on, is thick which can be a good or a bad thing depending on how your stylist installs the hair. Also the width is shorter than your normal bundled 14 inch hair. The only bad thing that stood out with this product is the smell. The hair had a corn chip smell. Even after washing it because I dyed the hair black. The smell was still present. Hopefully after wearing the hair the scent goes away, its not super loud but just imagine if you were laid up with bae ( A NEW BAE) and he smells your hair? YIKES. Now I am not saying that all of SNOBLife’s hair has the corn chip smell. I am only speaking on the bundles I received. So I would only recommend that a resolution be created to prevent the odor.

Overall I grade my experience with the bundles from SNOBLife a B+ due to the scent. Other than that I am pleased and was impressed that 2 bundles was enough to cover my whole head. I am apart of the big head girl committee so I was nervous that 2 bundles wouldn’t make it.
