Popular Brazilian plastic footwear brand Melissa Shoes recently launched Melissa Beach Slide from their Melissa Shoes’ SS16 Wanna Be Carioca collection! The sportswear-inspired design features sleek lines offered in 5 monochromatic colorways reminiscent of Rio De Janiero’s tropical weather including: aqua, hot pink, translucent purple, white & black.
Black is such a polished color. I have a pair of Nike slides and having the Beach Slides by Melissa Shoes satisfies my girly side. The slides are very comfortable and shiny. The finish reminds me of patent leather. But not as tough. If you plan to order a pair I suggest ordering a half size down. I requested a size 9wm and the slides are bit big. However if you plan to wear socks with your slides then ordering your true size will be perfectly fine. Although the slides are geared for the beach sporting the shoe to the airport, music festivals with a denim look or just a run to the mall will have you feelings super stylish yet comfortable.
