So I guess he was feeling himself and wanted to conquer the BET Hip-Hop Awards Cypher this year. HOWEVER!!! Biebs wanted to spit a few bars written by Luda. Ummm sorry Bieber that isn’t allowed in a Cypher bro. The Legendary DJ, DJ Premier shutdown his request asap. LOL. That ain’t Hip-Hop homie. Premo stated;

If you ain’t writing your own rhyme you can’t do it.’ So Justin had to take a back seat. Write your own rhymes, honey.”
