Nicki Minaj's older brother has been accused of raping a child, according to court documents.

Jelani Maraj, 37, was charged with first-degree rape of a child younger than 13 and first-degree sexual conduct against a child in a Long Island, New York, court on Thursday.

The Nassau County Correctional Center confirmed he was released on $100,000 bond. Maraj is due back in court on Dec. 9, according to the Nassau County district attorney's office.

The accusations come mere months after Maraj married fiancée Jacqueline Robinson in Baldwin, New York, in August. His famous sister, 32, attended the nuptials.
