Get Her Look For Less: Angela Simmons’ Sweatshirt Dress

Angela Simmons usually doesn’t do much when it comes to my style senses, lol…but she has been “doin’ it” during fashion week. I’m officially a style fan! She has shown so much originality and versatility in NYC. And speaking of being original…Angela rocked this sweatshirt dress with printed detailed sleeves at the Cynthia Rowley Spring 2013 Show (Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week). She pulled colors from the sleeves to finish up her look by adding the blue messenger bag, yellow pumps, a multi-color bracelet, a red ring, red lips, and red nails. That is a style tip that everyone should take notes on. When you wear a printed item you can easily take colors from the print and spread it throughout your outfit to make it look fresh and not too “matchy matchy”. So…I’ve also styled a look for less inspired by Angela Simmons below. I found a simple gray sweater dress and if you wanted to get Angela’s sleeves you could replace them by making this a DIY project. This may be a good DIY post we will put up in the near future.
