“So I can finally announce to you that my new single is coming out early August!” tweeted Mariah. “It’s called TRIUMPHANT (Get ‘Em) ft. Rick Ross & Meek Mill.”

Carey says she wrote TRIUMPHANT when she was going through a difficult time & it helped her get through it. Word on the street is that the track was written and produced by Carey, as well as Jermaine Dupri and Brian Michael Cox, who also worked on the singer's hits “Shake It Off” and “Don’t Forget About Us.”

In a copyright infringement suit filed in Manhattan Federal Court on Thursday, Dwayne Walker says he created the design.

“The logo has become universally recognized as an iconic symbol of Jay-Z, one of the most successful recording artists in the history of popular music,” the suit says."
