I spoke life into this project daily. I wanted it to come alive in 2014 but in 2016 GOD has granted my wish. I've always loved fashion and obtained a Fashion Marketing/Merchandising degree. I will be able to satisfy my degree as well as my passion for media with my blog. I hope you guys enjoy my merchandise. The Addicted Life will focus on streetwear fashions, trends and witty words. Dope Simplicity is what I call it. I've always been the person that will speak what the room is thinking. I couldn't have been more excited after hearing that Bravo has intentions of airing the tentatively titled Fashion Stories of NYC — featuring Mr. André Leon Talley for its fall lineup! The former Vogue Editor-at-Large, who has coined such words as "Dreckitude" is back in the reality TV world (he recently departed from America's Next Top Model). His role is slated to be that of a mentor. According to Bravo TV:

"We follow four up-and-coming fashion design teams as they produce the defining collection of their careers, all under the watchful eye of fashion icon Andre Leon Talley. The mission to “create, show and sell” is clear for emerging designers striving to build a business in New York City, which remains the heart of the fashion industry."

The premise of the show seems simple enough and it really doesn't stray too far from the prime time fashion shows out now (A pinch of Project Runway, a dash of Fashion Star...). With ALT at the helm I'm excited and hopeful that this show will be another classic. Thoughts? Who'll be watching with me?

03/20/2012 • Clearly I have been distracted by the all of the pregnancy talk and engagement nonsense. Otherwise how can I account for missing that our lovely bouffant resurrecting Snooki has launched a handbag line!! It definitely makes sense. If I was Snooks I would ride this 15 out like a pro, lending my name to as many products/collections/lines as possible. With that being said what do you think about this collection? The look above give me hope but I have to hold my official judgement until I can see and feel that clutch in person. Would do you all think? Would you rock anything from her line? She also sat down with them to discuss her recent move to Brooklyn, her favorite shopping, fashion icons and her upcoming album plus more.On the cover she is rocking a Forced Perspective floral tank dress($395 Cynthia Rowley), and a nice spring lippie by Lancome Rouge in Love in MissCoquelicot ($25 at Sephora)

Like the ubiquitous “Red Bottoms” I can spot a Charlotte Olympia pump ANYWHERE! I simply look for that distinctive 2-inch platform and equally devastating price tag. I don’t think there are enough superlatives & adjectives to describe how I feel when I look at her collections but I can promise you that I swoon every time. I’m swooning now as I write this... Her shoes make me want to be irresponsible and do bad things like, skip a car payment or take out a second mortgage, even though I don’t own a home. LOL you get my drift.
